The Flurry of College

Holy Bovine, college in amazing. Move-in was stressy, but straightforward and smooth. My roommate didn't show up until the afternoon, and she isn't like what her youtube vid sketches her as. We're getting along very well. I'm actually being nerdy and waiting for an hour outside my next class, Chinese. I just came from Anthropology (archaeology) and the professor is AMAZING. First day of class was Wednesday, and she was my first Berkeley class ever, and it just means this year's going to be great.

My only complaint is the walking. I live in Foothill, and it's such a long and horrible uphil walk *weeps* the food is meh, but overpriced. However, my suite is full of amazing and nice people. And I'm right across from the bathroom. :D My window faces the rec room, and the piano always seem to be in use. I'm not complaining. Free live entertainment, albeit sometimes imperfect.

So the first night, even before school starts, I've already gone wild and did questionably legal things. In looking for a lost friend, I trespassed construction areas and climbed fences in search of orange portapotties.

I've laughed so much, met so many people. It's amazing. I wish I could name them here.

Ahhhh, running out of time and memories. I'll post again when I have more time and am not all scatterbrained.

Going home this weekend though. so yeah.
